The National Addiction Memorial honors the loved ones we’ve lost.

Charmaine was always loving, caring, funny, and she for such a giving soul she would help anyone in need, she loved her babies with all our heart and fought her addiction but lost the battle. We miss the laughter but she brought into our lives

I has her mother miss her infectious smile and the laughter that she would spread out through the house and anyone that met her

I will miss the fact that she doesn't get to see what wonderful children she brought into this world

I know that Charmaine would love to be remembered as a soft and gentle kind person and that this world was too ugly for her and now she flies High and free that her struggle is over and she's no longer in pain

He was my brother, hero and protector! He was generous to a fault, helped anybody who needed it, even when it meant him going without. He loved his dogs, especially Solomon and Duke!

He used to call me "punk" in a very endearing way! I really miss that alot. Every so often he would give me $50-$100 for no reason at all! The last time we hung out, he took me to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. He had never been there and we both enjoyed it so much!

I miss him calling me punk! I miss his unconditional love! I'm sad he didn't get to meet his last great niece and nephew! I miss his grumpy days too!

Kind, generous,helped friends and family whenever he could. Good heart! Great roofer! Good uncle to my kids! Loved his dogs!

She was the best mommy, sister, daughter, & friend. Her loyalty stood above most & she loved with her entire heart. Her smile was radiant & her laughter could fill a room. She was my light & my best friend.... my other half. Nobody will ever compair.

Everything.... but one memory sticks out the most.... my nanny put curling rods in our hair one night b4 school.. well needless to say, the next morning, we looked like brunette poodles. Lol We were only maybe 5 and 9 yrs old at the time but her & I gleamed with excitement at our new hair. We climbed onto that bus smiling from ear to ear...... all I knew that day was my hair matched my sissy's & we were the prettiest girls ever!! She will always be my idol!!

Everything!!! I miss absolutely everything about her!! I miss her smile, her guidance, her laughter, her strength, her stories, EVERYTHING! But mostly, I miss having "my person!" I miss being able to call her & I miss having her by my side! I miss MY PERSON!!!

Im sure she's want to be remembered by her loyalty, her love for her family, & her unconditional love for her babies!! Her 2 babies were her life! They were her entire existence & if I had to guess I'd say she would want to be remembered as a beautiful, stunning, devoted mommy, sister, daughter, & friend who loved sunflowers, The Pittsburgh Steelers, &Ohio State Buckeyes. She was all black & yellow, black & yellow..........

Brad fought this disease with all he had right up to the very end. His message to others, would be, “Never give up.”

He loved to pay for the person’s food behind him in drive-thru lines. He loved helping others in anyway he could!

We miss his bear hugs, his booming laugh and bright smile.

My son was a kind, caring young man.He helped everyone. He was a wonderful brother and son. His death has left a whole in all our hearts. He was way to young to die.

There are so many memories, he was a character. One funny memory was of him trying to bite his ear. It was a joke but we would always laugh.

He had the biggest heart. Always loves life. Knew how to make my day. Barbering was his passion. He had a gift. Loved to make me smile. Connected to everyone he meet. Loved fishing and the beach. Adventurous. Had this contagious laugh.

Jake was an amazing child. He was so much more intelligent than he gave himself credit for. He fiercely protected his family members. He loved fishing. He had a playful personality and would do anything to help those less fortunate.

Watching him play outside in the woods as a child. He loved being outdoors exploring.

I will miss his hugs, the talks we used to have, and all of our special mother/son moments.

Jake would like to be remembered as someone who cared so much about his close family members, his love for fishing, and his passion for the things that interested him.

My Friend Cody, he was smart, funny and caring, he was one of the bestest friends anyone could ever have

when we were in class, my teacher told some people to stop talking, he said that's racist and everyone laughed, another one is when we were playing with this rc car and he drove it under his dads cars tyre and his dad went forward and smashed it, he started to cry and his dad got very angry.

His humour, it was so good he could make you laugh without even trying

My favorite memory of my father every year for Christmas and New year's Eve he would buy me the most beautiful dress

What I miss the most is being able to sit down and talk to him

My Brandon, blonde hair, blue eyes and a heart of gold. A Mamas boy, protective brother. He loved the outdoors hunting and fishing, clay shooting , snowboarding. He loved to cook, always helping others, loved to have family get togethers.

The best memory of Brandon is since he was in elementary, middle school and high school. When he was in Christmas plays and in sports . The first he had to do is look for me and where I was sitting at , even during football in HS, he would always find and I made sure he could see me , he knew exactly where his step dad was at football games up and down the side lines cheering Brandon and his team. Brandon was a organ donor , he gave the gift of life , still giving to others . He’s a Hero to me

Brandon always called me everyday or a few times a day and txt. But he would take me out to lunch or dinner just me and him and shopping . He always took me to UFC fights to watch at BW3 or other places we both liked the UFC fights . Sometimes I would make a lot of his favorite food to have his friends over to watch the UFC fights at home. We also always watched our favorite team Dallas Cowboys. He didn’t like when I yelled at the tv when the Cowboys were loosing . “Mom calm down”

Brandon worked since he was 15 and did he always has good grades . He always kept his sister safe and has scared a few guys away because he didn’t like them. I never had to ask him to do the lawn and landscaping he had to have it perfect . He always was helping friends or our neighbors and family. He always took care of me if I was sick or had surgery. He didn’t like to see me cry it would always make him cry too. His hugs were the best. He was a organ donor and saved a life, always giving .❤️

Kevin had such a huge personality. He was so funny and talked alot! He had a huge heart and would talk to anyone from any walk of life. He gave the best hugs.
